The petitioner, who is working as a Santhi under the respondent Board, approached this Court through the present writ petition, aggrieved by an order of transfer, whereby the petitioner was transferred from Pallippuram to Thripunithura. When the matter came up today for admission, it is pointed out by counsel for the petitioner that the respondent Board has since passed a fresh order dated 21.7.2015, transferring the petitioner to Kuzhippilli Temple, and the petitioner has also since joined duties at the said Temple. Taking note of this submission of counsel for the petitioner, and finding that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands redressed, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
