JUDGMENT
The petitioner submits that he has got release of the vehicle on payment of Rs.25,000/-. He expresses his intention to compound the offence.
2. Therefore considering that the petitioner has compounded the offence, treating the amount already paid as compounding fee, all further proceedings shall be dropped and a report shall be filed before the competent jurisdictional Magistrate regarding compounding the offence, if any crime is registered.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
