J U D G M E N T

The petitioner impugning revenue recovery proceedings initiated to recover the amount due under the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirur has approached this Court.

2. The only relief sought before this Court is that, the petitioner may be permitted to clear the entire liability by way of equal monthly installments.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire liability in fifteen equal monthly installments starting from 10.08.2015 onwards. If the petitioner commits default in satisfying any one of the installments, the respondent is free to proceed against the petitioner, in accordance with law.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
