J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a guarantor to the subscriber of a chitty with the Kerala State Financial Enterprises. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging revenue recovery proceedings.

2. The petitioner's only prayer before this Court is that, he may be permitted to discharge the liability by way of easy installments.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the KSFE submits that, the total liability is around 3,10,000/-.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to remit an amount of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand ₹ only) on or before 20.08.2015. If the petitioner satisfies the amount as stipulated above, the petitioner shall be permitted to discharge the balance amount in twelve equal monthly installments starting from the succeeding month onwards. If the petitioner fails to honour any one of the conditions stipulated above, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
