J U D G M E N T

Aggrieved by the delay in issuing registration certificate and contract permit of the vehicle, which was registered (Reg.No.KL-66-6740), the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. 3.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that th enext RTA meeting is scheduled to be held on 06.08.2015.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application in the meeting scheduled to be held on 06.08.2015 without fail, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being head, and pass final orders on that day itself.
