J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has come up before this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P1 application for regular permit.

The petitioner applied for regular permit on the route, Pullikadave - Feroke - Chaliyam Kadave - Manachira. According to him, the route applied for by the petitioner is ill served route and there are only very few services that are being operated on the portions of the route and the students and traveling public are put to extreme difficulties for want of more services; and therefore, urgent steps are to be taken to grant and issue the permit. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for a final disposal of Ext.P1.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
W.P.(C) No. 21980 of 2015 ..2..
and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the relief, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording the petitioner and the affected parties an opportunity of being heard.
To facilitate an early action, the petitioner shall be at liberty to produce a copy of this judgment as well as a copy of this writ petition before the respondents at the earliest.
