The petitioner, who is a Santhi working under the respondent Board, and who has more than 20 years of service, is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of transfer, whereby he has been transferred from Kattuvally Devaswom to Kannamangalam. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 appeal, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. I make it clear that, till such time as orders are passed by the 2nd respondent as directed above and communicated to the
-2W.P.(C). No. 22004 of 2015 petitioner, Ext.P1 order of transfer, insofar as it relates to the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 2nd respondent for further action. Sd/- A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE das
