Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

No notice is required to be issued to respondents 3 to 5 in view of the order, which is being passed in the writ petition. 3.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to grant adequate police protection to the life and limb of the office staff, inmates including the petitioner for preventing the attack of respondents 3 to 5. The petitioner claims to be the President of Old Age Home and Health Care Centre. He submits that respondents 3 to 5, without there being any authority, are causing obstruction, coming to the Old Age Home and abusing the staff. A complaint, Ext.P5, in that context has been filed by the petitioner to the Circle Inspector of Police. The petitioner further submits that two suits have already been filed by the petitioner as O.S.Nos.277 of 2010 and 98 of 2014 and the 5th respondent along with her family members have also filed a suit against the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that after receiving the complaint, Ext.P5, the same was enquired and no offence was found to have been committed except that respondents have gone to the Old Age Home. 5.
In the above view of the matter, we are of the view that if in any event, offence is committed or attempt to commit offence, it shall be open for the petitioner to submit appropriate complaint, which shall be looked into by the police in accordance with law.
