JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 building permit has expired. The petitioner has applied for its renewal. Ext.P2 is the acknowledgment for the alleged renewal application.

The petitioner was provided with a temporary connection for construction. The petitioner apprehends disconnection of electricity supply. This is on the basis that the construction permit has not been renewed. Ext.P3 representation has been filed by the petitioner. The same is pending consideration with the second respondent. 3.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The electricity supply (temporary connection) to the petitioner shall not be snapped in the meanwhile. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
