JUDGMENT

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel Sri. Abhilash Kumar G. for the respondents.

The petitioner seeks the benefit of a rehabilitation scheme. Her grandparents were allegedly evicted from their property. It was so done for the acquisition of land for the respondents.

The petitioner relies on Exts. P1 to P8 documents. Exts. P9 and P11 are the representations put in by the petitioner. The same are pending consideration. I direct the first respondent to consider the same with notice to the petitioner.

The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be accommodated if found entitled in a suitable post. Otherwise the possibility of

W.P.(C). NO. 22081 OF 2015 2 giving a posting in an equivalent post shall be explored. The petitioner shall at any rate be considered when future vacancies arise if no vacancy exists as of now. The writ petition is disposed of.
