JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who has been working as HSA from 01.06.2010 and later promoted as HSST (Jr.) (English) and then HSST (English), is aggrieved by the denial of approval to her appointment as HSST. It is her case in the writ petition that, although the approval to the post of HSST has been denied by Ext.P6 order of the 2nd respondent, and the petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent has not disposed the said representation and further, the petitioner is now not receiving salary even in the lower post of HSA. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition, with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass

-2W.P.(C). No. 22094 of 2015 orders on Ext.P7 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent for further action.
