JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of his request for revision of his own timings.

2.

The petitioner alleges that he preferred a request for revision of timings of his own service operating on the route between Kumily and Kottyam. The timings has been settled initially on 14.1.2000. The permit and the vehicle originally belonged to one A.M.Ashraf and now it is in the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner preferred a request for revision of his own service and the prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to consider Ext.P4. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this court. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. 4.

Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of

W.P.(C) No.22114 of 2015 -2directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 request, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as a copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
