JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking disposal of Ext.P1, timing revision application pending before the Respondent.

The learned Senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a decision can be taken on Ext.P1 application within a period of one month.

Therefore, there will be a direction to the Respondent to take a decision on Ext.P1 application within a period of one month, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well the rival parties, if any.
