When this writ petition came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition any further. Learned standing counsel appearing for the Guruvayur Devaswom Managing Committee submitted that the Guruvayur Devaswom has taken possession of the building and that the amounts due from the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation have also been realised. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
