JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the Respondent to take a decision on Ext.P2 application for revision of timings of the stage carriage operated by him.

On instructions, the learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the application will be considered by the Respondent on grant of sufficient time.

In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the Respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and take a decision within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other rival claimants, if any.
