JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks regularisation in the services of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The only hitch that existed earlier was that he did not have a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. The petitioner contends that he was otherwise fully entitled for regularisation in service.

The petitioner now relies on Ext. P6 equivalency certificate which tantamounts to a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. The petitioner has put in Ext. P7 representation seeking regularisation in service in the wake of Ext. P6 equivalency certificate. The petitioner also presses into service Ext. P3 Government Order relating to regularisation in service.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P7 representation in the light of Ext. P3 Government Order

W.P.(C). NO. 22226 OF 2015 2 and Ext. P6 equivalency certificate. The needful shall be done with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
