JUDGMENT

The petitioner availed an educational loan from the third respondent Bank. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the revenue recovery proceedings. The petitioner's only prayer before this Court is that she may be given 15 instalments to discharge the entire liability. The petitioner submits that now she is not employed and searching for a job. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire liability in twelve equal monthly instalments starting from 25.8.2015 onwards. If the petitioner commits default in remitting anyone of the instalments, the respondents are free to proceed against her in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
