JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed alleging that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent and pending consideration of the same, respondents 2 and 3 were taking hasty steps to implement the order dated 30.12.2012.
2. This Court by interim order dated 6th November 2012 permitted the petitioner to present himself before the second respondent and it was also observed that the petitioner could file an application seeking for stay of the order before the first respondent who would consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
As it appears from record that the very purpose sought to be achieved by filing the writ petition has been served, this writ petition is closed.
