JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 on his complaint under Ex.P1 against the construction being carried out by the 3rd respondent. A counter affidavit is filed by respondents 1 and 2 stating that the Corporation has directed the 3rd respondent to produce the permit and action is being taken against the 3rd respondent for construction in violation of the Building Rules.
