The petitioner is seeking a speedy action by the 2nd respondent on Exts.P2 to P6 applications.

2.

The petitioner is running a unit, manufacturing cement bricks and other building materials. She has five permanent workers to operate the unit. She alleges that the local Heard Load Workers Unions are obstructing the operation of the unit claiming that the petitioner's workers have no right to carry on the work. She further alleges that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action in the matter to favour the politically influential unions. Hence, this writ petition.

3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent and the learned senior Government Pleader. 4.

As the learned counsel for the petitioner

W.P.(C) No. 22325 of 2015 ..2..

confined his argument to the limited prayer for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Exts.P2 to P6 applications within a time frame, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of even without issuing notice to the respondents.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Exts.P2 to P6 applications within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording the petitioner and the affected parties an opportunity of being heard.
