A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR, J.

............................................................. W.P.(C).No.22384 of 2015 ............................................................. Dated this the 28th day of July, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is working as a Kizh Santhi in Ayyampilly Siva Temple, is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of transfer whereby he has been transferred to Sringapuram near Kodungalloor in Thrissur district. Although various contentions have been raised in the writ petition challenging the order of transfer, the petitioner would now limit his submissions to seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner, and to keep in abeyance the order of transfer till such time as orders are passed by the respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. It is made clear that, till such time as orders

W.P.(C).No.22384 of 2015 are passed by the respondent as directed and communicated to the petitioner, Ext.P1 order of transfer, to the extent it pertains to the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance.
