JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was working as an Assistant Gr.II, in the State Farming Corporation of Kerala, is aggrieved by the fixation of pay in the said post. It is his case in the writ petition that, while fixing the pay in the post of Assistant Gr.II, the benefit of the second time bound higher grade promotion, that he was granted, was not taken into account as contemplated in paragraph 6 of Ext.P3 Government Order. Highlighting his grievance, he has approached the 2nd respondent through Ext.P4 representation and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after hearing the petitioner,
-2W.P.(C). No. 22464 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action.
