JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is to quash Ext.P5 order of rejection of building permit. No interim order is issued in the writ petition and it seems, from the evidence placed on record, that the Municipality had gone ahead with the widening of the road which was the reason stated for rejection of the petitioner's request for the building permit. The writ petition is closed as having become infructuous.
