J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is seeking a consideration of the application for variation of regular permit submitted by the petitioner adjourned by Ext.P2 decision of the RTA notwithstanding Ext.P1 judgment of this Court. The petitioner points out that the next meeting of the RTA is scheduled to be held on 06.08.2015.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to include the item in the agenda of the meeting scheduled to be held on 06.08.2015 and pass final orders on the same without fail in the said meeting itself.
