Sri.Nagraj Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 2 nd petitioner has already filed another writ petition as W.P.(C )No.9626/2015 in respect of the same grievance and this petition was filed on his behalf also, inadvertently and that leave may be granted to the petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition, without prejudice to the contentions of the 2 nd petitioner to be raised in W.P.(C).No.9626/2015 and also with liberty to the 1 st petitioner herein to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
