The petitioner, who is a Lower Primary School Assistant [LPSA], is aggrieved by the denial of approval to his appointment as an LPSA in a leave vacancy. Agitating her grievance, she has preferred Ext.P7 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing her.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The
W.P.(C).NO.22554/2015 petitioner shall also produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent, for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE prp
