J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P2 appeal filed before the 1st respondent. The appeal is seen filed only on 30.03.2015. The authority definitely will have to look at the similar appeals pending before it and dispose of the same in accordance with law however, taking up for disposal those appeals filed earlier in point of time first. Ext.P2 would be considered as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of.
