JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection alleging that respondents 3 to 6 are interfering with the cultivation being carried out in the property and also threatening and abusing the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Pleader on instruction would submit that a crime has already been registered, which is under investigation. It is stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, no untoward incident has been reported. Under such circumstances, we close this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police if there is any further cause of action arises.
