J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

No notice is being issued to respondents 5 to 7 in view of the order, which is being passed in the writ petition. 3.
The petitioner is a tenant of the premises belonging to the 6th respondent. Petitioner's case is that, an original suit, O.S.No.397 of 2015, was filed by the petitioner, in which, an interim injunction has been obtained against forcible eviction. But, the police authorities are harassing the petitioner, calling him to the police station and asking him to vacate the premises. 4.
Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 8.7.2015, the petitioner was called over telephone and informed about the complaint. The police authorities, after coming to know about the fact that civil dispute is pending, closed the complaint on 9.7.2015.
