JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-disposal of the suit at Ext.P2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, the Wakf Board is constituted of 5 members and there will be no quorum, if two members are not present. One member is the Member of Parliament, whose term has expired and another person is an employee of the Lakshadweep Administration, who has been removed from the Board. However, if a person is appointed from the employees of the Administration, then necessarily, the Board will have quorum. The same shall be done within a period of two months from today and on such constitution, the petitioner will be entitled to move the Board itself for expeditious disposal of Ext.P2. The writ petition is disposed of.
