Petitioner has approached this Court on account of barring outgoing facility of his landline connection provided by Bharath Sanchar Nigam Limited. Petitioner's case is that, though he has requested the respondents to issue bills, they are not issuing bills time to time. Therefore he did not remit the amount for want of bills. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they already served bills by post. According to the respondents only 1014/- is due from the petitioner and on account of non-payment they ₹ have barred the outgoing facility.

3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, following directions are issued:

(i) The respondents shall issue all the bills in the address shown in the writ petition.

(ii) The respondent shall restore the outgoing service of the landline connection immediately on payment of the amount due. (iii) Respondents shall serve the bill for the month of June 2015, by post immediately.

This writ petition is disposed of.

Sd/- A. MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
