J U D G M E N T

Petitioner availed a loan from the respondent Bank. Petitioner has approached this Court challenging SARFAESI proceedings.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the term of the loan is over and the total liability of the petitioner is more than 10,75,000/-.

Considering the facts and circumstances, following directions are issued:

(i) Petitioner shall remit 1,00,000/- on or before 25.08.2015. ₹ (ii) Thereafter, the petitioner shall remit 50,000/- per month for ₹ a period of six months from the succeeding month onwards and in the 7th month the balance amount shall be paid in lump sum. (iii) If the petitioner commits default in paying any one of the instalments, the Bank is free to proceed against the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of.
