2.
No notice is being issued to respondents 3 to 7 in view of the order we intend to pass in this writ petition. 3.
The petitioner is the Principal of the College. It is stated that on account of certain issues pending in the College, respondents 3 to 7 and their colleagues have started demonstration in the College premises and several acts of violence had been committed, for which, disciplinary action has also been taken against 30 of the students, which is pending consideration. 4.
On the request of the petitioner, police had come to the site and crime has already been registered. However, the petitioner apprehends that respondent 3 to 7 and their men may cause further obstruction to the functioning of the College and may cause threat to the life of the personnel and also cause damage to the property of the College.
W.P.(C) No.22843 of 2015 -: 2 :- 5.
Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that with reference to the incident dated 2.7.2015, already a crime has been registered, which is pending investigation. Further, the police had informed the Principal that whenever any law and order situation arises and on getting information, they would come and render necessary protection.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we do not think it necessary to issue any direction as sought for in this writ petition. We record the submission of the learned Government Pleader and close the writ petition with the observation that, if there is any untoward incident reported or if there is any threat from the side of any of the students in the functioning of the institution, on the call of the petitioner, the police shall render necessary protection.
