J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with Exts.P1 and P2 bills. The last date for payment as per Exts.P1 and P2 was on 03.08.2015. The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the disconnection has already been effected. The petitioner submits that the petitioner would take an appeal from Exts.P1 and P2 as provided in the Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986. However, in the circumstance of the disconnection having been effected, even prior to the time granted in Exts.P1 and P2, the Water Authority shall immediately without taking any charges for the same, reconnect the connection, on the petitioner paying 50% of the amounts demanded in Exts.P1 and P2. The balance shall be insisted only after the appeal is disposed of or if no

The writ petition is disposed of.
