J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging delay in disposing the statutory appeal filed before the 1st respondent-State Information Commission. The learned Standing counsel today made a submission that the copy of the order disposing the above referred appeal has been issued on 6.8.2015. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is closed.
