J U D G M E N T

Petitioners, aggrieved by the construction of drainage by placing slab, has approached the second respondent.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that the construction of the slab in front of the building will block the ingress and egress of the customers by using the vehicle.

3. This Court is of the view that the second respondent shall take appropriate measures on Ext.P2 and take necessary action to redress the petitioners' grievance. Needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
