JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. The petitioner company submits that they are carrying on training programmes at its various Branches. Petitioner's case is that the transfer order which was issued to one Pramod who is working as a trainer at the Thrissur Branch was challenged by him and in that context respondents 1 and 2 are threatening the petitioner, directing that the transfer order shall not be given effect to.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that the training programme has already been conducted and there is no threat as on date. We close the Writ Petition with the observation that in the event any threat is caused or any offence is committed,
WP(C) No. 23043 of 2015 -:2:- it shall be open for the petitioner to submit a complaint before the 3rd respondent who may look into the same and do the needful in accordance with law.
