J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 proceedings. The same pertains to grant of prior concurrence for renewal of the permit.

2. The petitioner submits that there is no impediment to grant prior concurrence now. This is particularly so in view of the recent order dated 20.8.2015 of the Transport Department. The first respondent shall do the needful within a period of one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
