J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner's application for mutation which is said to have been received as evidenced at Ext.P3 is not considered. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction submits that a report has been called for from the Village Officer and the Village Officer sought for a clarification from the 1st respondent and the matter would be considered immediately on such clarification being issued. In such circumstance, the Village Officer shall endeavor to obtain clarification immediately and consider the application immediately thereafter; at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of.
