JUDGMENT

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking implementation of Ext.P1 order of the 2 nd respondent by which the Government has directed the 3 rd respondent to include the Junior Public Health Nurses instead of Junior Health Inspectors in the State Evaluation Team for evaluating the work done by the Junior Public Health Nurses.

Along with the memo filed by the learned Senior Government Pleader dated 10.8.2015, a letter dated 7.8.2015 of the rd respondent addressed to the Advocate General, Kerala is enclosed, as per which the 3 rd respondent has undertaken that Ext.P1 order will be implemented as early as possible. 3.

Heard arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the 3 rd respondent has already undertaken to implement Ext.P1 order as early as possible this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3 rd respondent to take necessary steps to implement Ext.P1 order, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, by appropriately modifying Ext.P2 order, if found necessary.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
