JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the respondent Bank had tried to auction the property, as there were no bidders, it deferred the auction. According to her, the writ petition does not survive; as a result, she prays for the closure of the writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court closes the writ petition as having not survived for further consideration.
