J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, challenging revenue recovery proceedings to recover the dues to the 2nd respondent has approached this Court.

The only prayer made by the petitioner before this Court is to provide an instalment facility to discharge the entire liability.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is given 12 instalments to discharge the entire liability demanded as per Ext.P1 including future interest and incidental expenses starting from 5.9.2015. If the petitioner commits default in remitting any of the instalments, the respondent is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
