J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who is working as a High School Assistant under the 4th respondent Management, is aggrieved by an order of transfer, whereby, he has been transferred from Thrissur to Aluva. Against Ext.P5 order of transfer, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P16 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P16 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P16 revision petition, within a period of one month from the date
W.P.(C).No.23236/2015 of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner as well as the Manager of the School. I make it clear that, till such time as orders are passed by the 1st respondent, as directed, and communicated to the petitioner, Ext.P5 order of transfer pertaining to the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance.
