The petitioner who was appointed as H.S.A. (Sanskrit), is aggrieved by the denial of approval to the said appointment. It is pointed out that in connection with the said grievance of the petitioner, the Manager of the School has preferred Ext.P3 revision before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition expeditiously after hearing the petitioner and the Manager.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 revision petition expeditiously at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as also the Manager of the School. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE mns
