J U D G M E N T

Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to consider the application for One Time Settlement by the respondent Bank.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that, there is no Scheme as such to consider petitioner's request. It is also submitted that the petitioner has already approached this Court in WP(C) No.14986/2010 and this Court granted instalment facility to clear the entire liability. The petitioner has not complied with the directions of this Court.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has complied with the directions, and that was in respect of another loan.

I am not expressing anything on the merits. Ext.P1 shall be considered by the respondent either in accordance with the Scheme or otherwise by giving a concession to the interest payable, in accordance with the norms. Therefore, the respondent

WP(c). No.23244 of 2015 is directed to forward Ext.P1 to the Zonal Manager, Ernakulam, who is the competent officer to consider the same. Needful shall be done within a period of one month.

This writ petition is disposed of.
