J U D G M E N T

The petitioner who is the Manager of a School has submitted Ext.P1 appointment order, appointing the 3rd respondent as a teacher, before the 2nd respondent for orders with regard to approval. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders with regard to approval on Ext.P1 appointment order that has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders with regard to approval on Ext.P1 appointment order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as also the 3rd respondent teacher.
