J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 6th respondent in view of the judgment being passed today. 2.
This writ petition has been filed for police protection. Petitioner's grievance is that the 6th respondent was given certain construction work with regard to the Society's premises and there are certain issues regarding the payment to the 6th respondent. The allegation made is that the 6th respondent reached the office on 23/07/2015 and had blocked the office entrance and did not permit anyone to enter in the office. Allegations have further been made with regard to an incident on 27/07/2015 against which complaint has been filed as Ext.P3.

The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions, submits that after receiving Ext.P3 complaint, both parties were called and after coming to know that there is a
dispute pertaining to contract, police has warned the 6th respondent and closed the complaint. It is submitted that no further incident has been reported so far.
In the above view of the matter, we close this writ petition with the observation that, as and when any offence is committed or attempted by the 6th respondent, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the police authorities, who shall look into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
