JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection in the matter relating to parking of his autorickshaw near the K.S.R.T.C. Bus stand, Angamali. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court seeking police protection but the same has not been granted.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the Angamali auto stand near the K.S.R.T.C bus stand is creating severe traffic problems and protection cannot be granted.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid factual circumstance we permit the petitioner to approach the Municipality for taking necessary action in the matter.
