JUDGMENT

The petitioner was concerned with affiliation for the B.Tech Course in Civil Engineering. This Court, by interim order dated 01.10.2009, directed the respondents 2 to 4 to constitute an Inspection Committee to inspect the petitioner's College and to take a decision on Exhibit P7 application by treating it as one in continuation of Exhibit P2 having regard to Exhibit P1 letter of approval issued by the AICTE. Final orders were directed to be passed within three weeks from that date. If final orders were passed and the same prejudiced the petitioner, the petitioner would have either amended the writ petition or filed a fresh writ petition. Hence, it is found that nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
