JUDGMENT

The petitioners, who have been appointed as HSA (Physical Science), are aggrieved by the non approval to their appointments. In this connection, they have prepared Exts.P9 and P10 revision petitions before the 5th respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 revision petitions, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioners and the manager of the school. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 revision petitions, after hearing the petitioners and the manager of the school, at the earliest, and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the
